From rough image to finished piece

A screenshot or sketch is enough to begin. Each idea is rebuilt as clean vector artwork, prepared for the CNC, cut, inlaid with contrasting wood when the design calls for it, then flattened, sanded, and finished by hand.

More than cutting boards

One design can become a name plaque, realtor closing gift, business sign, wedding keepsake, team or coach gift, memorial piece, garage sign, whiskey-bar sign, or cutting board. Grainmark also offers CNC-ready SVG, DXF, and VCarve files for makers who want to cut a design themselves.

Custom work begins with a design proof and straightforward communication. Material, scale, contrast, and finish are chosen to suit the piece—not a warehouse inventory plan.
